Delivery

Within Manhattan, free next day delivery is available by our company truck.

Outside Manhattan, we offer a standard 3-4 day delivery, and overnight delivery upon request.

Returns

You may return your purchase if you are not completely satisfied. Returned items must not have been used or altered. You will be refunded the full purchase price, but not the costs of shipping, if any. Specialty items are not returnable.

Occasionally an item might arrive damaged. We minimize this issue by packing items properly. If you do receive a damaged item, please report this to us within 24 hours.

Pricing & Payment

We accept payment through Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard.
We require full payment at the time of your order.

We make every effort to keep our prices accurate and up-to-date. Occasionally there may be price changes that are not yet reflected on our website. When this occurs, we will notify you with an updated total for your order.

Sales Tax

Within New York State: Customers receiving deliveries within New York State will automatically be charged appropriate sales tax for their local tax jurisdiction.

Outside New York State: Deliveries outside of New York State are subject to rules and regulations of the state government to which they are shipped, and customers are solely responsible for paying any sales tax due directly to their state government.
